My first DWS experience. Slight overhang makes it hard for a beginner. Rock is a little crumbly and requires extra care and attention. Definitely warrants a re-visit!
Climbing Diary
2010-08-21 My first deep water solo climb! It was a tough climb. Small hand holds, mildly crumbly rock and a steady overhang. Tips for the future: Bring a towel and dry hands and feet thoroughly, jump in from a lower height to test the waters and get familiar with the feeling, tie off all gear with high visibility string or floaters (including glasses!).
